  • It’s taken me a while to find a pet sitter who makes me feel this comfortable and worry-free. The list of Jordans attributes is long. She is responsive and a great communicator. It’s obvious she has a big heart and is dedicated to both the pets and families by making sure that my dogs maintain as much normalcy as possible while I’m away. Jordan was also very respectful of my home by leaving it orderly and clean. It barely looked like I had a house guest. I definitely intend for this to be a great, long-term solution for pet care when I’m out of town.

  • Jordan and associates are phenomenal! I had myself so stressed out trying to figure out what to do with my rescue dog of 4 months. He had already settled into my home and we were doing great. But I had to leave town for a few days. I took him to a couple of those "open pack" places for orientations and he got so upset that he was very sick to his stomach. He thought I was leaving him. He has severe separation anxiety from his past. I had never used an in-home dog sitter before. I found Jordan's Pack Stl on Thumbtack. She came to my home with her associate to meet my dog and it went great. My trip was stress free because I received updates several times a day, along with great pictures. Shiny looked so happy. I can't recommend Jordan's Pack Stl enough and my dog will remain in his home where he feels safe from here on out. I had a cute little snack tray and polaroid pics of Shiny on my counter when I got home. So creative and wonderful with animals.

  • Jordan was AMAZING! If I could give more than 5 starts I would! Our dog has severe anxiety and had never stayed with a stranger/caretaker before. Jordan did a meet and greet with him and it put him at such ease! The stay went so well and she looked after both him and our cat. There were no issues and the pics we received made us feel like he was getting taken care of in the best way! I would 100% recommend Jordan!
